Whip up a batch of these Blender Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Bars for a whole grain on-the-go breakfast, snack or treat!
I originally posted this recipe back when I was about 7 months pregnant and craving all things peanut butter, bananas and chocolate. And since having my son nothing has really changed in the past 2+ years except that I have made this recipe now over a dozen times. When I was nursing I would go through a batch a week. I added in some extra flax seed and brewer’s yeast to help increase my milk supply. And today I make them every so often with my son to have as a snack or with breakfast.
Over the past 2 years I have also gotten a new camera and practiced my food photography a bit more and really wanted to update these photos so I did! It may have also been an excuse to make the recipe again 😉
This recipe (plus 9 others) will be going into my new Cooking with Toddlers E-Book where I am sharing tips, resources and step-by-step recipes to get you cooking in the kitchen with your toddler and having fun! Be on the lookout for the E-Book in the next month or so.
