We provide neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed virtual support for individuals (16+) with ARFID or suspected ARFID, as well as caregivers supporting someone with ARFID.
Our work is grounded in a nervous system-informed approach that prioritizes felt safety, autonomy, and individualized support. We believe eating challenges are not about willpower — and that meaningful change happens when care is compassionate, flexible, and aligned with each person’s needs.
We offer 1:1 nutrition counseling, support groups, provider supervision, and trainings for individuals, caregivers, and professionals.
