Lauren is a registered dietitian providing neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed virtual support for individuals 16+ with ARFID or suspected ARFID, as well as for caregivers supporting someone with ARFID.
She offers 1:1 nutrition counseling, support groups, provider supervision, and webinars for individuals with ARFID, their families, and professionals. Her approach promotes accessible eating, individualized nourishment, and compassionate care.
NUTRITION SERVICES
Lauren offers 1:1 virtual nutrition counseling for individuals ages 16 and up with ARFID or suspected ARFID, along with coaching for parents and caregivers. She has extensive experience supporting clients with ARFID and co-occurring conditions, including other eating disorders (such as anorexia, bulimia, BED, and OSFED), as well as ADHD, Autism, sensory processing differences, OCD, anxiety, and depression.
