Connect, Learn, & Heal Together

Connect with other adults with ARFID or suspected ARFID to learn and heal together as a community. The group is facilitated by dietitian Lauren Sharifi who is passionate about helping and supporting those with ARFID and eating differences. Whether you are looking for a space to connect with individuals you can relate to, looking for community support alongside your treatment team or wanting an alternative way to heal this group is for you! Open to adults 18+ all over the world!

Drop-In Support Groups

  • Access to 1 support group of your choosing
  • Can attend more than 1 a month but must sign up separately
  • Great option if you have not attended a group in the past

If you decide to join the community after dropping in to a group your drop in rate goes towards that months membership fee

COST: $35/per group

ARFID Community Membership

  • Access to 4 support groups a month, held weekly
  • Groups are held alternating Tuesdays at 7pm ET and Wednesdays at 8pm ET
  • One group a month is an educational/topic focused group, the remaining 3 groups are general support groups
  • Group chat
  • Growing ARFID resource library
