Looking for some fun fall activities for your preschooler, toddler or kids?
Check out these 45+ Fun Fall Food Activities for Kids!
Happy Fall! One of the best ways to get our kiddos excited about eating new foods is getting them to explore foods with all their senses. Through touching food by picking it at a farm or painting with it, performing science experiments, reading stories, watching educational videos, or cooking with the food! Sometimes it takes multiple different exposures to get your kids ready to eat a new food (parents this is totally normal and ok!).
I believe one of the best time to expose our kiddos to new foods is when food is in season. This is when foods taste their best, they are easiest to access and often cheapest.
Below I am sharing 45+ activities and recipes you can do with your preschooler, toddler or older kids to explore some of falls most delicious produce: Apples, Corn, Pumpkin and Cranberries!
