Give yourself or someone you love the gift of the flavor of the holiday season, Gingerbread. This easy DIY Gingerbread Spice Mix is perfect for adding to baked goods or mixing into your oatmeal or coffee.
I’ve been on a gingerbread kick this past week and have been baking up gingerbread everything including muffins and cookies for holiday parties and events. There is just something about gingerbread that reminds me of Christmas and the Holiday Season and it’s just so yummy! Since I was baking a ton and using the same spices for everything I decided to put together a spice blend that I could easily add to baked goods or to my oatmeal and coffee in the morning.

Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of the mixture to baked goods like muffins, pancakes or cookies. Or sprinkle some over your oatmeal, coffee, yogurt, ice cream or egg nog! The options are endless.
- 2 tablespoons ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ground all spice
- 1 tablespoon ground cloves
- 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix to combine.
- Place in jar or air tight container to store.
