This Pumpkin Cheesecake Smoothie bowl is a quick and easy breakfast that is packed with nutrition and tastes just like Pumpkin Cheesecake!
One of my favorite fall breakfasts had to be this Pumpkin Cheesecake Smoothie bowl! Instead of cream cheese I used cottage cheese to give it the same creamy texture. The cottage cheese also adds in more protein and gives the smoothie bowl the creamy silky texture that we all enjoy in our cheesecake. For sweetness I added in a banana and for flavor the pumpkin and spices. I like a crunch to my smoothie bowl so I topped it with my Maple Cinnamon Granola along with some pecans and chia seeds.
This is also a fun fall recipe you can make with your kids and they can have fun adding their favorite toppings to customize their own smoothie bowls!
