Lauren supports individuals 16+ with ARFID or suspected ARFID, as well as caregivers of those navigating food avoidance, aversions, restriction, and sensory challenges.

NUTRITION SERVICES
Lauren currently offers 1-1 virtual nutrition coaching for those 16+ with ARFID or suspected ARFID as well as provides caregiver support.
Lauren’s experience includes helping individuals with ARFID, suspected ARFID, ADHD, Autism, Sensory differences, OCD, anxiety and depression.
SUPPORT GROUPS
Join one of our support groups. We currently offer a weekly virtual support group for adults with ARFID as well as a monthly virtual support group for caregivers.
